Charles C. Rifici, Esq. Joins as Partner
Charles C. Rifici, Esq. is a family law attorney with over a decade of experience. In addition to his litigation practice, he serves as a private and post-MESP family law mediator and is actively involved in the Hunterdon County legal community.
Mr. Rifici co-chairs both the Hunterdon County Bar Association’s New Member Committee and Family Practice Committee and was selected to participate in the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ mentee program. He has been named to The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch since 2022 and selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 10 consecutive years through 2025.
A graduate of Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Rifici previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., J.S.C. in Somerset County.
Emma E. Florin Joins as Paralegal
Ms. Florin brings an extensive background in divorce, family law, and estate planning. As Family Law Department Manager and sole family law paralegal at her previous firm, she gained hands-on experience managing a broad range of family law cases and preparing pleadings, discovery, Case Information Statements, consent orders, agreements, motions, Marital Settlement Agreements, and divorce judgments.
Ms. Florin is a graduate of James Madison University and the post-graduate Paralegal Certification Program at Raritan Valley Community College, graduating on the President’s List at both institutions. She is also a Notary Public and serves as Hunterdon County’s ESP Coordinator.
