Emma E. Florin – Paralegal
Emma E. Florin is a trained paralegal. Ms. Florin graduated from James Madison University in 2021 with a B.S. in Justice Studies and a minor in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication. Ms. Florin then completed the post-graduate Paralegal Certification Program at Raritan Valley Community College in 2022. She graduated on the President’s list at both institutions. She has been working as a paralegal for over four years and became a Notary Public in 2023. As the Family Law Department Manager and sole family law paralegal at her previous firm, Ms. Florin has accumulated extensive experience with all aspects of divorce law as well as other family law matters and estate planning. She is skilled in drafting pleadings, discovery, Case Information Statements, Consent Orders and Agreements, motions, MSA’s, as well as Final Judgments of Divorce and related paperwork. Effective as of August 2026, Ms. Florin is serving as Hunterdon County’s new ESP Coordinator.
