Daniel Tune – Managing Partner
Daniel B. Tune, Esq. is the Managing Partner at Tune Law Group LLC, whose practice is focused on Family Law (matrimonial, custody, and domestic violence matters) and Business Law (business formation, contracts and corporate documents, litigation, and drafting of corporate resolutions).
Stephanie H. Fulton – Partner
Stephanie H. Fulton, Esq., joined the firm in September 2020 as an Associate and became a Partner in October 2025. She is a skilled family law attorney who concentrates her practice on matrimonial, custody, and domestic violence matters. Stephanie serves on the Hunterdon County Early Settlement Panel and as Secretary of the Hunterdon County Bar Association.

John W. Thatcher – Of Counsel
John W. Thatcher, Esq, known by his friends and colleagues as “Jay”, started practicing law in
Flemington, New Jersey as a general practitioner on December 10, 1974 and has continued to
practice in Hunterdon County since that time.

Charles C. Rifici – Partner
Charles C. Rifici, Esq. is a Partner at Tune Law Group focused on family law matters. Mr. Rifici is currently a member of the Hunterdon County Bar Association (serving as co-chair of the New Member committee and co-chair of the Family Practice Committee) and the New Jersey State Bar Association. In 2020, he was selected for the mentee program of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, New Jersey Chapter.

Gina Berry – Paralegal
Gina R. Berry joined Martin & Tune, LLC at its inception in March 2014. Prior to that, Gina worked as a family law paralegal. Gina has over 27 years’ experience in family law and 29 years in the legal profession. Gina is responsible for maintaining the court calendar, conferences with clients, drafting pleadings, correspondences, discovery, motions, case information statements, child support guidelines, marital settlement agreements, judgments and trial briefs.
Jessica L. Buonocore – Paralegal
Jessica L. Buonocore joined Martin & Tune, LLC, in February of 2022, and has been with the Tune Law Group since its inception. Jessica graduated from Raritan Valley Community College’s Paralegal Program, with Honors, in December of 2021, with her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, Paralegal Studies. She was on the Dean’s List every semester of her enrollment in the program, and was a Member of the Honor Society as well.
Emma E. Florin – Paralegal
Emma E. Florin has been working as a paralegal for over four years and became a Notary Public in 2023. She has accumulated extensive experience with all aspects of divorce law as well as other family law matters and estate planning. She is skilled in drafting pleadings, discovery, Case Information Statements, Consent Orders and Agreements, motions, MSA’s, as well as Final Judgments of Divorce and related paperwork. Effective as of August 2026, Ms. Florin is serving as Hunterdon County’s new ESP Coordinator.
