Biography

Stephanie H. Fulton, Esq. – Associate Attorney

Stephanie H. Fulton joined Martin & Tune, LLC in 2020 after graduating law school at Rutgers University and serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., Somerset County Criminal Division.

Ms. Fulton specializes in family law matters, working most frequently with pendente lite support, alimony, equitable distribution, custody and parenting time disputes, name change applications, and child support.

While earning her law degree, Ms. Fulton served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter, wherein she authored a legal journal note published in Volume 42 entitled “The Rape Kit Backlog: The Continuous Hampering of Society’s Protection and Liberty Interests.”. During her third year of law school, Ms. Fulton was also a Legal Analysis Writing and Research Skills Teaching Assistant. In addition to her Juris Doctor, Ms. Fulton also achieved the prestigious Criminal Law and Procedure Certificate and served as a student attorney in the Child Advocacy Clinic and Civil Justice Clinic.

Ms. Fulton is a Scranton native, and now resides in Hunterdon County with her family. She belongs to a rock climbing gym and is a member of a local book club. In addition to rock climbing and reading in her spare time, she enjoys travelling and trying new restaurants and coffee shops
