Biography
Charles C. Rifici, Esq. – Partner
Charles C. Rifici, Esq. is a Partner at Tune Law Group. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2013. He focuses nearly all his practice on family law matters. Mr. Rifici graduated from Rutgers University – New Brunswick in 2009 and received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2013. While at Rutgers Law, Mr. Rifici was selected to be a Marshall Brennan Fellow and taught the Constitution to high school students in Camden, New Jersey. He also served as the Managing Research Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, and as a Student Bar Association representative. Mr. Rifici was law clerk to the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., J.S.C. in Somerset County in 2013 and 2014. Mr. Rifici is currently a member of the Hunterdon County Bar Association (serving as co-chair of the New Member committee and co-chair of the Family Practice Committee) and the New Jersey State Bar Association. In 2020, he was selected for the mentee program of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, New Jersey Chapter. Since 2022, he has been selected for inclusion in the The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch list. In 2025, Mr. Rifici was selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers – Rising Stars list for the tenth straight year. Mr. Rifici serves as a private and post-MESP mediator in Family Law cases.
