Gina R. Berry – Hunterdon County Family Law Paralegal

Gina Berry has over 27 years of experience as a Family Law paralegal in Hunterdon County, joining Tune Law Group (then Martin & Tune, LLC) at the firm’s inception in 2014. Ms. Berry is well versed and knowledgeable on case law, divorce law, issues of child custody and support, pre-and post-judgement matters, juvenile and adult adoption law, and Court Rules. She also assists Managing Partner Daniel Tune with Tune Law Group’s mediation practices and serves as a Notary Public.

Ms. Berry oversees the daily operations of Tune Law Group’s family law practice, serving as the office comptroller and managing the firm’s finances, maintaining the firm’s court calendar, conferring with clients, and drafting essential case and trial documents, including marital settlement agreements, trial briefs, judgements, pleadings, discovery, and motions, among others. She is well-known in the field and widely respected in the legal community by many matrimonial law practitioners, court personnel, and other family law professionals.

In addition to actively pursuing continuing legal education courses, Ms. Berry is also a regularly sought-out public speaker at Raritan Valley Community College. She and her husband, Jack, have one adult son, John, and three cats.
